- I have social anxiety dx by a psychiastrist not too long ago, but I know this since 2012.
- I have generalized anxiety… sadly. I thought I didn’t fit the criteria but suprise! I do. Btw I’ve OCD as well, right now I’m a pure ‘O’ but talking with my psychiatrist and shit I realized is not always been like this.
- My panick attacks are getting better thank god.
- I support self dx.
- Btw I’m a capricorn and I love kpop.
